Menu philosophy
Every wedding menu is custom. We work with local farms, source organic and artisan products where it matters, and accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus that meat-eaters notice for the right reasons — because the food is that good, not because of what's missing.

Yes — and we put that in writing. The dishes we serve on your wedding day are the exact recipes you tasted, executed by the same kitchen team. We do not 'scale down' for tastings.
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus as standard. Your catering manager will confirm restrictions for each guest you flag.
Rentals (tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tent, lighting, dance floor), bar service, custom wedding cake, on-site setup, dedicated event captain, and full cleanup.
Peak weekends (May–October) book 9–14 months out. Off-season dates are often available with shorter lead time.
We work with parties from small intimate ceremonies up to 250+ guests. Reach out and we will share current minimums for your date.
